- All cancellations must be in writing.
- All cancellations incur a $25 administration fee.
- No refunds are given for early departure.
- During peak periods, no refund is given if cancellation is made within four weeks of stay.
- During off peak periods, no refund is given if cancellation is made within one week of stay.
- No refund is given for failure to check in (no show).
- A deposit of one nights accommodation is required at the time of booking. If making a group booking one night per site/accommodation is required.
- For Christmas and Easter bookings, the balance is required to be paid by end of October for the Christmas period and 30 days prior to Easter. If payment is not received, the booking will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will apply.
